Abstract

Empowerment of women's groups through policies and community activities is a process aimed at increasing opportunities and access to various resources that enable women to fully participate in decision-making and community development. This study focuses on analyzing the role of public policies and community-level activities that can promote development and empower women, in areas such as education, employment, decision-making rights, and access to essential services such as healthcare and career development. The study shows that creating support networks within communities and involving women in the design and implementation of policies strengthens women's groups. At the same time, having a supportive environment and providing opportunities for women to have a voice in decision-making are crucial for helping them improve their lives and achieve long-term self-sufficiency.
