THE VIRTUES FOR LAY PEOPLE WITH EFFECTIVENESS OF ADMINISTRATION IN MUNICIPALITY MUENGSILA AMPHURMUENG KHON KAEN PROVINCE

Abstract

The objective of this research aims : 1) to study levels to behave by virtues for lay people of administration in Municipality Muengsila Amphurmueng Khon Kaen Province, 2) to study effectiveness of management of administration in Municipality Muengsila Amphurmueng Khon Kaen Province, 3) to study the relationship between virtues for lay people of administration with effectiveness of management of administration in Municipality Muengsila Amphurmueng Khon Kaen Province. This research is a qualitative research, the sample personel was the 141 personel, from population was the sum 226 personel. The tools used for this research was a questionnaire. The data was analysis using computer software for social science. Data was analysis to find the rates of frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation. The data description levels to behave by virtues for lay people and effectiveness of management of administration, using statistical analysis, the relationship between the two variables, independently using simple statistical pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient.
The results showed that :
1) The levels of personnel is to behave of administration in Municipality Muengsila Amphurmueng Khon Kaen Province by virtues for lay people, overall in the high.
2) The levels of personnel is to effectiveness of management of administration in Municipality Muengsila Amphurmueng Khon Kaen Province, by the administration according to 4M, overall in the high.
3) The behave by virtues for lay people is a positive correlation with effectiveness of management of administration in Municipality Muengsila Amphurmueng Khon Kaen Province, significant 0.05, overall relationship is on very high level. Then according to the hypothesis.
