Abstract

The study on the impact of homework on the learning development of elementary school students aims to explore and analyze the effects of homework on students' learning development at the elementary school level. The focus is on examining the effectiveness of homework in enhancing both academic and behavioral learning skills. This study uses a quantitative research method, collecting data from a sample of elementary school students through questionnaires and observations of homework behaviors, as well as interviews with teachers and parents. The results show that homework can help improve learning skills and promote responsibility in time management. However, if the homework is excessive or not age-appropriate, it may have a negative impact on students' feelings and could lead to stress. This study suggests that the format of homework should be adjusted to suit students' abilities and age to foster better learning development and behavior in elementary school students.
