Abstract

This research aims to study the following: 1) To study the state of administration of the Thai Sangha administration organization 2) The effectiveness of the administration of the Thai Sangha administration organization 1. The data collection tools were questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

The results of the research found that:

1. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average value was the rule of law at a high level ( = 4.22), followed by the principle of morality and ethics at a high level (  = 4.19), the principle of equality At a high level (  = 4.02), the principle of seeking consensus was at a high level (  = 3.90), the principle of decentralization was at a high level (  = 3.89), the principle of responsibility was at a high level (  = 3.86), the principle of responsiveness was at a high level (  = 3.75), the principle of efficiency was at a high level (  = 3.66), and the principle of effectiveness was at a moderate level (  = 3.41). The aspect with the lowest average value was the principle of transparency at a moderate level (  = 3.30).
2. Effectiveness of the Thai Sangha Administrative Organization The overall effectiveness of the Thai Sangha Administrative Organization was found to be at a high level ( = 3.98). When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average value was the aspect of governance at a high level ( = 4.28), followed by the aspect of religious education. It was at a high level (  = 4.17), the aspect of propagation of Buddhism was at a high level (  = 3.90), the aspect of educational welfare was at a high level
