DEVELOPMENT OF LOCAL EDUCATION MANAGEMENT MODEL OF PROVINCIAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION

Abstract

This research aimed to study the current status and needs in developing the local education management model of the provincial administrative organization. This research was quantitative research. The questionnaire data was collected from 52 samples. The quantitative data was analyzed using basic statistics.

The research results found that the current status and needs in developing the model were as follows: 1) Organizational leadership 2) Strategic and strategic planning 3) Focus on service recipients and stakeholders
4) Knowledge measurement, analysis, and management 5) Focus on human resource management 6) Process management 7) Performance evaluation
8) Organizational performance results had an overall average value at a high level. When considering each item, all items were at a high level.
