THE 2023 HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES ELECTION FOR THE ARMY NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS' SCHOOL PERSONNEL

Abstract

This research aims to study the election of members of the House of Representatives in 2023 of the personnel of the Army Non-Commissioned Officer School. The sample group used in the research was 232 personnel of the Army Non-Commissioned Officer School who were recruited. The sample size was determined by Taro Yamane's calculation formula. The data collection tool was a 20-item, 5-level scale questionnaire with a reliability of 0.88. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

The results of the research found that the election of members of the House of Representatives in 2023 of the personnel of the Army Non-Commissioned Officer School was at the highest level in all 4 dimensions. When considering each aspect, ranked from highest to lowest average, they were: campaigning, political party policies, political parties, and the aspect with the lowest average was information perception.
