The Work Performance of Advisors and the Perceptions of Students Regarding Their Work at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Rambhaibarni Rajabhat University

Abstract
The objectives of this study were to 1. study adviser performance in relation to academic workload and (2) investigate advisor performance as perceived by students. A questionnaire was used in this quantitative study that collected data from 32 advisors and 317 students from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences were selected. The computation included the use of statistics
such as mean, standard deviation, frequency distribution, and percentage. The study's findings indicated that 1. advisers' work habits in relation to their heavy academic workload at a high level ( =3.96). Instructors provide the best possible advice or study methods for their pupils ( =4.69).
2. The opinions of students regarding the job of their advisors were high level ( =4.03). Academic advisors provide guidance and strategies for students of the were highest level ( =4.67).
