Influence of Effective Transformational Leadership on the Organization of State Enterprise Employees in Nakhonsawan

The purposes of this research were to study the level of Influence of Transformational Leadership , the level of Effective Organization of State Enterprise Employees in Nakhonsawan. and Influence of Transformational Leadership on the Organization of State Enterprise Employees in Nakhonsawan. The target population consisted of 400 personal state Enterprise Employees in Nakhonsawan., The instrument of this research was a questionnaire. Data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Multiple regression analysis.
The result of this study found that, 1. The sample population consisted the most respondents were female, age 30-40 years old, single status, bachelor’s degree, and the monthly income of 10,001 – 15,000 baht , and found that: 2. The level of opinions about the Influence of Transformational Leadership was at a high level ( = 4.15), it sorted as follows: The aspect of taking into account the individuality ( = 4.23), motivational aspect ( = 4.16) , ideological influence aspect ( = 4.11)and intellectual stimulation aspect ( = 4.10). 3. The level of opinions about the Organization of State Enterprise Employees in Nakhonsawan was at a high level ( = 3.95), such as follows: Management ( = 4.35), infrastructure ( = 4.00) planning ( = 3.73) and quality of life ( = 3.73), and. 4. The aspect of ideological influence affects the effectiveness of state enterprise organizations. in Nakhonsawan, the statistically significant was at 0.05 the level.
