Abstract

The purpose of this research were: 1. to study the level of motivation in working of the personnel of Baby Gift (Thailand) Co., Ltd. 2. To study the factors affecting the motivation for the work of the personnel of Baby Gift (Thailand) Co., Ltd. This research uses quantitative research. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect information from the population, namely personnel 70 people in Baby Gift (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The statistics used in data analysis are descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of the research were summarized as follows. Most of the personnel are female, aged 25-30 years, single status, bachelor's degree. Job Title Department Manager / Assistant Department Manager and working experience 3-4 years. level of motivation in working of the personnel of Baby Gift (Thailand) Co., Ltd. At a high level (  = 3.55) and when considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were motivated at a high level. can be sorted as follows The aspect of recognition (  = 3.78), the nature of the work performed (  = 3.77) , the achievement of the person (  = 3.70), the responsibility (  = 3.64) and the advancement in the position (  = 3.55) and gender, age, status, educational level, job title and work experience were different. The overall performance motivation was different, it was found that the status, education level, job position and work experience were different. There is a difference in overall performance motivation. statistically significant at .05
