Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1. to study the level of satisfaction with the working environment of Darwee Kindergarten personnel; 2. to compare the satisfaction with the working environment of Darwee Kindergarten personnel. with different personal factors. The population was Darwee Kindergarten personnel totaling 50 people using a questionnaire. It is a tool to collect data. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA), with a significance level of 0.05.

The results of the research revealed that most of Darwee Kindergarten personnel were female, aged between 31-35 years old, with bachelor's degree, with 4-6 years of employment and monthly income. 15,001-20,000 baht. The overall level of satisfaction with the working environment of Darwee Kindergarten personnel was at the highest level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the factor of satisfaction with the working environment of Darwee Kindergarten personnel was at the highest level. They can be sorted as follows: Opportunities for career advancement working conditions and wages welfare or other benefits received, and organization and management at a high level and the results of the analysis of differences in average sex, age, highest level of education, years of work and average monthly income were different.
