Promoting and improving the quality of work life of employees in private companies

The purpose of this research was to study the level of enhancement and development of working life quality of employees in private companies. The population and sample were 400 private company employees in Thailand using a questionnaire. It is a tool to collect data. And statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The results showed that most of the samples were female, aged between 31-40 years old, single, bachelor's degree. permanent staff positions Working period of more than 5 years and average monthly income of 15,001 – 20,000 baht and the level of promotion and development of the quality of working life of employees in private companies as a whole was at a high level ( = 4.10). When considering each aspect, it was found that the factors All aspects are at a high level. They can be ordered in descending order as follows: social integration ( = 4.16), work progress and stability ( = 4.13), social relations ( = 4.12), work-life balance ( = 4.12). personal ( = 4.11), individual development ( = 4.09), safe and health-promoting environment ( = 4.07), appropriate and fair compensation ( = 4.06) and constitutional rights ( = 4.05) respectively.
