Abstract

This study on the perception of Needs in Self-Development of the Employees of the Lower Northern Government Housing Bank. The purposes of this study were to 1.) study the personal factors of the employees of the Lower Northern Government Housing Bank. 2.) study the level of Needs in Self-Development of the Employees of the Lower Northern Government Housing Bank. and 3.) compare of Needs in Self-Development of the Employees of the Lower Northern Government Housing Bank. Classified by personal factors. The target population consisted of 128 operating employees at Government Housing Bank, using nonprobability sampling technique that a researcher used to choose a sample of purposive sampling method. The instrument of this research was a questionnaire. Data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and One-Way ANOVA. The result of this study found that, 1.) the most sample population consisted respondents were female, age 26-35 years old, bachelor degree, working experience in the Government Housing Bank for 1-5 years, Staff position and had monthly income 25,001-35,000 baht. and 2.) The level of Needs in Self-Development of the Employees of the Lower Northern Government Housing Bank was at a high level, when the considering each area, it found that at a high level, all aspects were personality (  = 3.68), thinking (  = 3.66), training (  = 3.64), and learning (  = 3.61), respectively. 3.) The difference of the mean Needs in Self-Development of the Employees of the Lower Northern Government Housing Bank. Classified by personal factors, it found that, the Government Housing Bank employees with different educational had self-development significantly different at the .05 level.
