Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study factor affecting officers’ performance of Nong Chaeng Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bueng Sam Phan District, Phetchabun Province; to compare factor affecting officers’ performance of Nong Chaeng Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bueng Sam Phan District, Phetchabun Province following individual factor; and to study problems and obstacles with suggestion officers’ performance of Nong Chaeng Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bueng Sam Phan District, Phetchabun Province. The population used 380 people and the instrument was questionnaire for collecting data. The statistics analyze included percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and F-test. The finding revealed that; 1.The most of respondents were female of 260 people (68.40%), male of 120 people (31.60%), age between 31 to 40 years old of 140 people (36.80%), following by 21 to 30 years old of 108 people (28.40%), graduated in bachelor degree of 198 people (52.10%), following by diploma of 140 people (36.80%), working experience between 4 to 6 years of 213 people (56.10%), following by over 7 years of 91 people (23.90%). 2. Factor affecting officers’ performance of Nong Chaeng Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bueng Sam Phan District, Phetchabun Province, overview in high (=3.64); when considering each aspect found service rapidly (= 3.73), following by working environment (= 3.70) and the lowest of transparency of service (= 3.55). 3. Comparing of factor affecting officers’ performance of Nong Chaeng Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bueng Sam Phan District, Phetchabun Province  which classified by gender, age, educational level and experience indicated male and female were not difference; except working environment, transparency of service and equality of service were not difference at statistically significance level of .05.
