The Effectiveness of the Provision of Services in Phandon Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Kumphawapi District, Udon Thani Province

Abstract

The research has the objectives; to study the effectiveness of the provision of services in Phandon Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Kumphawapi District, Udon Thani Province; to compare study the effectiveness of the provision of services in Phandon Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Kumphawapi District, Udon Thani Province that calssified by general information of respondents; and to study problems and obstacles with suggestion of services for the people who use service in Phandon Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Kumphawapi District, Udon Thani Province. A quantitative research was used in this research and consists of 380 people. The instrument was a questionnaire that made by researcher for collecting data. Statistics included percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and F-test.The result indicated as follow; 1. The overview of the effectiveness of the provision of services in Phandon Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Kumphawapi District, Udon Thani Province was high ( = 3.96); considering aspect show that services officer ( = 4.03), facilities ( = 3.93) and service processing ( = 3.90). 2. Hypothesis test found that comparing of of the effectiveness of the provision of services in Phandon Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Kumphawapi District, Udon Thani Province which classified by sex, age, educational level, monthly income and segment service were not difference, except classified by segment service show service processing, services officer and facilities were difference at statistically significance level of p 0.05.
