Social Welfare Operation for the Elder Allowance of Sanjaokaito Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Lat Yao District, Nakhon Sawan Province

Abstract

The survey of Social Welfare Operation for the Elder Allowance of Sanjaokaito Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Lat Yao District, Nakhon Sawan Province aims to: 1. Study the level of Social Welfare Operation for the Elder Allowance of Sanjaokaito Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Lat Yao District, Nakhon Sawan Province; 2. Compare the Social Welfare Operation for the Elder Allowance of Sanjaokaito Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Lat Yao District, Nakhon Sawan Province according to the opinion of 144 people who received the elder allowance from Sanjaokaito Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Lat Yao District, Nakhon Sawan Province in different of genders, status, ages, and education levels. The tool to collect information in this surveywas questionnaire about Welfare Operation for the Elder Allowance of Sanjaokaito Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Lat Yao District, Nakhon Sawan Province. The statistics used for analyzing data are the frequency, the percentage, the average and the standard deviation. The hypothesis proving are the t-test for two variables comparison and the F-test (One way ANOVA) for three or more variables comparison, and the scheffe test for dissimilarity of the average by pairs.  The study results revealed that: 1. The general and specific of Social Welfare Operation for the Elder Allowance of Sanjaokaito Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Lat Yao District, Nakhon Sawan Province was mostly marked “very much”, and when go through each items and rank in order from highest to lowest, these areas were ranked: keeping the receipt, setting budget, reporting the operation, choosing a person to receive the elder allowance and the organization income payment. 2.  The hypothesis proving and Social Welfare Operation for the Elder Allowance of Sanjaokaito Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Lat Yao District, Nakhon Sawan Province according to people in different of genders, status, ages, and education levels comparison showed that people different in education levels had opinion toward Social Welfare Operation for the Elder Allowance statistically different significant at 0.05. Whereas, people different in genders, status, and ages had no different opinion toward Social Welfare Operation for the Elder Allowance.  The result doesn’t match the hypothesis of the study.
