The sample group consisted of nine individuals, including academic staff from the Innovation Learning Center responsible for coordinating general education courses and the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs at Srinakharinwirot University, during the first semester of the academic year 2024. The research tools included 1) the item bank system for the Innovation Learning Center, Srinakharinwirot University, 2) the evaluation form for the efficiency of the system checked by information technology experts, and 3) the satisfaction form. The research findings revealed that the developed system effectively reduced work time and facilitated online examination management. It streamlined the process of transferring exams between administrators and academic staff, exam review, and online exam production. Regarding satisfaction assessment, the average satisfaction score for the system was at the highest level. Specifically, the satisfaction with system support and usability had an average score of 4.96 and a standard deviation (S.D.) of 0.19. The system efficiency aspect achieved an average score of 4.89 with an S.D. of 0.27, while the system development aspect had an average score of 4.86 with an S.D. of 0.35, all of which were at the highest level. Therefore, the developed item bank system can be adapted for use in other departments with similar contexts to enhance the standards of exam management, reduce workflow processes, and improve the efficiency of data administration in a systematic manner.</p> Sumate Osatanon Copyright (c) 2025 RMUTP R2R Research Journal 2025-12-29 2025-12-29 3 2 1 12 The Development of a Notification System for Academic Staff in Teaching Material and Learning Media of the Innovative Learning Center, Srinakharinwirot University https://so11.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/RMUTPR2R/article/view/3098 <p>This research aims to develop a notification system for academic staff in teaching material and learning media of the Innovative Learning Center, Srinakharinwirot University. It also seeks to study the efficiency and user satisfaction of the developed system. The system was designed and developed using Google Forms and Google Apps Script integrated with Line Notify to facilitate schedule notifications and reduce redundancies in the work processes of academic staff. The study involved 14 academic staff members in the role of lecturers, appointed to evaluate 21 items of instructional materials and learning resources during the first evaluation cycle of 2025. The research findings revealed that the developed system reduced the number of work steps from 7 to 5 and decreased the working time from approximately 39 hours to 31 hours, representing a 20.51% reduction in total working time. The time measurement was derived from an approximate quantitative assessment based on actual workflow observations of staff in each step. In terms of user satisfaction, the findings indicated a very high level of satisfaction across all aspects. The design and usability of the system received an average score of 4.90 and a standard deviation of 0.30. The information and management aspect scored 4.81 and a standard deviation of 0.40, while the support and maintenance aspect scored 4.84 and a standard deviation of 0.46. The system enhanced the effectiveness of notifications and tracking the evaluation process, improved convenience, and significantly reduced the complexity of staff work processes.</p> Sarisa Ruengsri Copyright (c) 2025 RMUTP R2R Research Journal 2025-12-29 2025-12-29 3 2 13 27 The needs and expectations of students towards the graduate Program Master of Laws, Faculty of Law, Thaksin University https://so11.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/RMUTPR2R/article/view/2347 <p>This study is survey research. The objectives of this research were 1) to study the factors affecting students' continued education in the Master of Laws program. 2) to study the students’ needs and expectations towards the Master of Laws Program, and 3) to use the study of student needs and expectations as guidelines for developing the Master of Laws program. The population used in divided into 2 groups. In the qualitative study, 20 representatives of students who are currently studying were used. In the quantitative study, 60 representatives of graduate students were used. The instruments used in qualitative research were interviews and quantitative research were questionnaires. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics. Including mean, standard deviation, Pearson product moment correlation, multiple regression. The results of the study found that 1) the level of opinions on further study was at a high level in 2 areas: teaching and learning and service (<img src="https://latex.codecogs.com/svg.image?%5Cbar%7Bx%7D" alt="equation" /> = 4.49). 2) In the study of opinions, needs, and expectations, it was found that the needs of the curriculum were at a high level. The highest average was that the knowledge gained from studying in the curriculum was consistent with the requirements (<img src="https://latex.codecogs.com/svg.image?%5Cbar%7Bx%7D" alt="equation" /> = 4.47). 3) The variables that affected the needs and expectations of students were statistically significant at the 0.01 level: teaching, student development, service, and factors supporting education were statistically significant level of 0.05. The Affecting the needs and expectations of 66.6 percent. The results of the interview on students' needs and expectations found that 1) teaching and learning should allow for the selection of fields of study, expertise, knowledge and skills according to students' needs; 2) adjust teaching and learning and assignments to be appropriate; 3) communication and conversation skills psychology; 4) practical skills, have a data search system that can actually search, fast, and not complicated; and 5) have experts who can answer research systems comprehensively.</p> Tanin Ngoentaworn Yuthachai Duangsawat Copyright (c) 2025 RMUTP R2R Research Journal 2025-12-29 2025-12-29 3 2 28 41 The Development of Information System for Internal Educational Quality Assessors https://so11.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/RMUTPR2R/article/view/2701 <p>The objectives of this research were 1) to develop an information system for internal educational quality assurance assessors, and 2) to evaluate user satisfaction with the developed system. The system analysis and design followed the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The system was developed using PHP in conjunction with a MySQL database, while the Bootstrap Front-End Framework was employed to design a responsive user interface suitable for all devices. Additionally, Power BI was applied to create dashboards for data visualization to support decision-making. The target group used in this study consisted of 33 internal educational quality assurance assessors based on AUN-QA criteria at Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University, selected via purposive sampling. The research instrument was a 5-point rating scale questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using frequency, mean, and standard deviation. The research results indicated that: 1) The information system for internal educational quality assurance assessors functioned correctly according to requirements, as verified by Black-Box Testing. The system implemented security measures by defining four levels of user access rights: (1) General Users can view basic dashboards without logging in; (2) Executives can access management information via five dashboard categories, comprising overview, assessor information, assessor registration, committee roles, and audited unit information; (3) Quality Assessors can log in to manage, edit, and record their own registration and internal quality assessment data; and (4) System Administrators can log in to manage user accounts and all system data. 2) User satisfaction with the system was overall at the highest level (<img src="https://latex.codecogs.com/svg.image?%5Cbar%7Bx%7D" alt="equation" /> = 4.62, S.D. = 0.49). When considered by aspect, users were most satisfied with System Security at the highest level (<img src="https://latex.codecogs.com/svg.image?%5Cbar%7Bx%7D" alt="equation" /> = 4.65, S.D. = 0.48), followed by Accuracy and Processing at the highest level (<img src="https://latex.codecogs.com/svg.image?%5Cbar%7Bx%7D" alt="equation" /> = 4.65, S.D. = 0.49), System Design and Formatting at the highest level (<img src="https://latex.codecogs.com/svg.image?%5Cbar%7Bx%7D" alt="equation" /> = 4.61, S.D. = 0.49), and General Usage at the highest level (<img src="https://latex.codecogs.com/svg.image?%5Cbar%7Bx%7D" alt="equation" /> = 4.60, S.D. = 0.51), respectively.</p> Natthaya Fengdecho Copyright (c) 2025 RMUTP R2R Research Journal 2025-12-29 2025-12-29 3 2 42 55 Factors Related to Research Decision-Making of Support Personnel at the Faculty of Architecture and Design, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon https://so11.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/RMUTPR2R/article/view/2939 <p>The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the attitudes, perceptions, motivations, and decisions to conduct research among support staff; 2) to compare demographic characteristics with the staff’s research decision-making; and 3) to investigate factors related to the decision to conduct research of the support staff at the Faculty of Architecture and Design, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. This study employed a quantitative research design, using a questionnaire as the tool to collect data from 21 support staff members, who were selected through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and the Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results indicated that overall factors influencing research decision-making were at a high level (<img src="https://latex.codecogs.com/svg.image?%5Cbar%7Bx%7D" alt="equation" /> = 4.10, S.D. = .166). Attitude toward conducting research was rated at the highest level (<img src="https://latex.codecogs.com/svg.image?%5Cbar%7Bx%7D" alt="equation" /> = 4.57, S.D. = .169), followed by research decision-making (<img src="https://latex.codecogs.com/svg.image?%5Cbar%7Bx%7D" alt="equation" /> = 4.36, S.D. = .377) and motivation (<img src="https://latex.codecogs.com/svg.image?%5Cbar%7Bx%7D" alt="equation" /> = 4.32, S.D. = .248), while perception was at a moderate level (<img src="https://latex.codecogs.com/svg.image?%5Cbar%7Bx%7D" alt="equation" /> = 3.16, S.D. = .688). These findings suggest that supporting staff demonstrated positive attitudes and decision-making toward research; however, further development of research-related knowledge and skills is still required. The comparison of demographic characteristics revealed that educational level significantly affected all factors at the .05 level, whereas age, job group, and work experience significantly influenced perception and research decision-making. Gender significantly affected perception and motivation. The correlation analysis showed that the studied factors were positively correlated with research decision-making at a high level, with statistical significance at the .001 level (r = .766).
