Problems and Guidelines for Co-operative Education in the New Normal Era

The objectives of this research were to study the problems of cooperative education in the new normal lifestyle era and find out the guideline for cooperation education in the new normal lifestyle era. This research was a Qualitative Research. The sample in qualitative research was executives, mentors or organization representatives and lecturers of the Faculty of Mass Communication Technology. The results showed that the problems were the preparation of the organization, student preparation, availability of equipment, rising cost, some work cannot be performed in a work-from-home manner, communication problems, late submission of assignments, and difficulty keeping track of assignments. The practical guidelines for cooperative education in the new normal lifestyle era were students’ equipment surveyed which need for work operation, surveyed preparedness of organizations, and informed clearly guidelines for cooperative education. In addition, proof of vaccination or ATK test results must be presented before starting cooperative education. During the cooperative education practice, the student should report workplace attendance once a week, must wear a mask 100% at all times, use the Mor Chana, Thai Chana, Mor Promp application, prepare alcohol for washing hands during the day, arrange work times, break times and meal times for cooperative education students to overlap. After cooperative education, students' work and organization preparedness must be assessed in order to use for planning and developing the work process of cooperative education in the next year. In addition, at the end of the cooperative education students must report their ATK test results to enterprises and universities.

Factors Influencing Staff Participation in the Development towards Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) at the Faculty Level at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi

The purpose of this study were to 1) investigate development of organizational operation factors towards Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) at the faculty level of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, 2) examine the participation of staff in the development towards Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx)and 3)study the factors influencing staff participation in the development towards Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx).There were 80 participants selected from each faculty involved in quality assurance. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The data obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis by statistic program. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1) the results of the analysis of to investigate development and organizational factors in the development towards Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) at the faculty level, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi was at a high level. 2) The level of staff participation in the development towards Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) at the faculty level, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi was at a high level. 3) The factor had a statistically significant impact on staff participation in the development towards Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) which is comprised of operational collaboration between all departments and Attitude were estimated at 78.30 percentage.

An Analysis of the Research Budget of Rajamagala University of Technology Phra Nakhon

This research aims to analyze the budget for planned research expenses of Rajamagala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. Data was collected from planning documents and recorded expenses for the budgets of the years 2019 to 2023 as well as other relevant documents. Figures from these documents were then compared with the corresponding research budgets to analyse how closely the expenses matched the planned expenditure. Six categories of funding for research activities were analysed: 1) activities supporting the publication of research; 2) activities supporting the protection of intellectual property; 3) research budget activities; 4) activities supporting researchers; 5) subsidies for national and international publication fees; and 6) other expenses such as publication. The research found that the year with the highest level of expenditure from the research budget was 2019, accounting for 34.72% of the total. The next highest was 2023, accounting for 21.95%, and then 2021, accounting for 19.16%. and with regard to the research expense planned and the proportions of expenditure, the research found that in the budget year 2020, research publication activities were the highest expenditure category, accounting for 62.12% of the total. The following year, in 2021, domestic and international publication fees accounted for 48.87% of expenditure, and in the year 2019 research support for domestic and international publication fees accounted for 43.72%. From these reports, it is clear that expenditures increased over the time period examined in this research. It is recommended that spending should strictly follow budget planning related to Income and expenses.

The objectives of this research were to 1) design and development Website office of Quality Assurance Rajabhat Mahasarakham University, 2) evaluate website quality of Quality Assurance, Rajabhat Mahasarakham University, and 3) evaluate satisfaction with the use of the Bureau of Standards and Quality Assurance website, Rajabhat Mahasarakham University. The research sample consisted of 2 groups including 1) Experts in information technology will assess the website quality of three expert. 2) There were 10 usabilitytesters who are personnel in the Office of Standards and Quality Assurance, MahaSarakham Rajabhat University and 2) 100 other personnel at MahaSarakham Rajabhat University to assess satisfaction with the website. The tools used in the research included 1) checklist of government website development issues, totaling 28 issues and 2) website satisfaction questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis included mean and standard deviation. The research results found that: 1) website office of Quality Assurance Rajabhat Mahasarakham University has analyzed and designed the system according to the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by using the website content management system (CMS) with ready-made development tools WordPress to develop the website. which is written in PHP language and uses the MySQL database management system. There is a system administrator menu section used to manage various functions on the website. It also supports display in Responsive Design format which can support display on mobile phones and tablets. Content on the website consists of 1) Home page 2) About the organization 3) Plans/ Performance results 4) Announcements/Regulations 5) Downloads 6) Knowledge base and 7) Calendar. 2)The website complies with government website standards, version 2.0, in 26 issues, accounting for 92.86percent. 3) Website users are satisfied with using the website. Overall, it was at a high level (𝑥̅=4.21). When considering each aspect, it was found that website users were most satisfied with using the website, namely content at the highest level (𝑥̅=4.52), followed by is the design and formatting of websites is at a high level (𝑥̅=4.44) and in terms of benefits and applications is at a high level (𝑥̅=4.39), respectively

Application to send notifications to students of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon “RMUTP SMART CARE”

The objectives of this research were to (1) develop a messaging application for students at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon via LINE and (2) study satisfaction with the messaging application for students at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. Phra Nakhon via Line system. This research was a research and development of a messaging application for students at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon through the LINE system. A questionnaire was used to collect data from a sample group of 100 students at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. Statistics used in the research include frequency, percentage, mean (𝒙̅), standard deviation (S.D.). The research results found that: messaging application for students at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon through the LINE system “RMUTP Smart Care” was used to inform students of news and various activities of the university through the LINE application. Students are satisfied with the application to send notification messages to students at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon was at a high level.
