Principle/Policy
The Journal of the Thailand Society of Mathematics Education is an academic journal that focuses on publishing research and scholarly works in mathematics education at both basic and higher education levels, both nationally and internationally.
Objectives:
1) To serve as a platform for disseminating research and academic articles related to mathematics education more widely.
2) To create shared value for pre-service teachers, in-service teachers, researchers, academics, university lecturers, educational personnel, and the general public interested in the development of mathematics education.
3) To be a learning resource for those interested in applying the knowledge to the development of work in both theoretical and practical aspects at the basic and higher education levels.
Scope of publication
Journal of Thailand Society of Mathematics Education is a journal in mathematics education, focusing on the development of mathematics education, philosophy and theory of mathematics education, interdisciplinary integration, mathematics instruction development, mathematical thinking, student learning processes, teacher professional development, professional learning communities, assessment, innovation, technology integration, curriculum, and policy. Submissions are accepted in both Thai and English.
Article Review Process:
1) A blinded review system is employed.
2) Each manuscript is evaluated by three qualified experts in the relevant field.
3) A standardized evaluation rubric is used to ensure consistency and quality.
