Management of communication policies through Facebook, one of the most popular digital communication channels that plays a significant role in disseminating information and policies of organizations or governments via online media. The study focuses on analyzing strategies used in managing communication on Facebook, measuring the success of policy communication, and creating awareness and engagement from the audience. The results indicate that Facebook can be an effective tool for policy communication if communication strategies are carefully planned, with clear content, alignment with target audiences, and quick, efficient responses to user needs.

The Research of Political Participation of the People in Lak Khet Subdistrict, Mueang District, Buriram Province. The purpose of this study were to: 1. To study the level of Political Participation of the People in Lak Khet Subdistrict, Mueang District, Buriram Province. 2. To compare Political Participation of the People in Lak Khet Subdistrict, Mueang District, Buriram Province. And 3. To feedback of Political Participation of the People in Lak Khet Subdistrict, Mueang District, Buriram Province. Classified by personal factors such as gender, age, education, status and occupation. The sample population consisted of 363 people that come to the Political Participation of the People in Lak Khet Subdistrict, Mueang District, Buriram Province., using nonprobability sampling technique that a researcher uses to choose a sample of accidental sampling method. The instrument of this research was a questionnaire. The statistics used for analysis data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and One-Way ANOVA. The result of the study has found that, the sample population consisted of most respondents were male, age between 24-29 years old, bachelor's degree, single status and farmer occupation and found that: 2. level of Political Participation of the People in Lak Khet Subdistrict, Mueang District, Buriram Province overall at a high level 2. The compare Political Participation of the People in Lak Khet Subdistrict, Mueang District, Buriram Province Classified by personal factors, it was found that different gender, age, educational, status and occupation had different overall political participation. Statistically significant at a level of 0.05

Factors Affecting Efficiency of Work Performance during COVID-19 Pandemic of Kwang 999 Construction Co., Ltd.

This research aims: 1) to study the level of opinion on the factors affecting Work From Home (WFH) of Kwang 999 Construction Co., Ltd. And 2) The efficiency of work performance during the COVID-19 pandemic of Kwang 999 Construction Co., Ltd. and 3) To find out suggestions, problems, and other difficulties affecting performance efficiency during the COVID-19 of Kwang 999 Construction Co., Ltd.. It was the quantitative research. The population was 113 people of Kwang 999 Construction Co., Ltd. of Operations. Data were collected using a set of questionnaires. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation t-test, One-Way ANOVA, Fisher's Least Significant Difference (LSD) with a statistically significant difference at 0.05. The results revealed that 1) The level of opinions on the factors of WFH Kwang 999 Construction Co., Ltd. was at a high level and 2) The level of efficiency of work performance during the COVID-19 pandemic of Kwang 999 Construction Co., Ltd. was at a high level. and 3) Problems and Obstacles It was found that most employees commented that there were limitations or obstacles in terms of equipment and facilities for working from home, mostly computers and notebooks that require an internet network and the work system of the workplace that must be used in the work.

Service quality of local government organizations in Nan Province

This study aims to evaluate and analyze the quality of service provided by local administrative organizations in Nan Province, focusing on assessing the satisfaction of citizens receiving services. The results of the study showed that the quality of service from local organizations in Nan Province was satisfactory in certain areas, such as public health services and road maintenance. However, there were deficiencies in communication with the public and online service accessibility, which need to be improved in the future.
