Study on the Impact on Working from Home in the Covid-19 Coronavirus Outbreak of Government Officials and State Enterprise Employees Bangkok

Abstract

The research aimed to study the impact and the level on the impact on working from home in Covid -19 Coronavirus Outbreak of  Government Officials and State Enterprise Employees Bangkok .Classified by gender, age, material  status, education level monthly income.  The target  population consisted of 306 people.,by using the purposive sampling method. The instrument of this research was a questionnaire. Data analysis  were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and One-Way ANOVA.

The result of this study  found that, 1.the sample population consisted most respondents were male, age 21-25 years old, single status, bachelor's degree, and an average monthly income 10,001-15,000 baht, and 2. The level of Study on the Impact on Working from Home in the Covid-19 Coronavirus Outbreak of Government Officials and State Enterprise Employees Bangkok. was at a high level. (  = 3.99), and at a highest level, Normative factors at work ( = 4.23) and was at a high level. as follows: The perceived ease factor ( = 4.16) followed by the perceived benefit factor ( = 3.92)and the enabling technology factor ( = 3.58), and 3. age, material status, educational , and a level of the monthly income in an opinion about Impact on Working from Home in the Covid-19 Coronavirus Outbreak of Government Officials and State Enterprise Employees Bangkok , as there was  statistical significance difference at  the .05 level.
