Factors of Personnel Affecting the Quality of Financial Statement Preparation of Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Kamphaengphet Province

Abstract

This study on the Factors of Personnel Affecting the Quality of Financial Statement Preparation of Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Kamphaengphet Province. The purpose of this study were to determine: 1. To study the opinion level of Factors of Personnel Affecting the Quality of Financial Statement Preparation of Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Kamphaengphet Province.  And 2. To study the differences between personal factors and opinions on the Factors of Personnel Affecting the Quality of Financial Statement Preparation of Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Kamphaengphet Province.  and the sample population consisted of 128 personal factors of employees working of Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Kamphaengphet Province., using nonprobability sampling technique that a researcher uses to choose a sample of purposive sampling method. The instrument of this research was a questionnaire. The statistics used for analysis data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-Way Anova.

The result of the study has found that, The sample population consisted most respondents were female, age 34-40 years old, single status, bachelor degree, Majors with a Graduation in Accounting and 6-10 years working experience and found that: 1. Overall opinion level of Factors of Personnel Affecting the Quality of Financial Statement Preparation of Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Kamphaengphet Province. at a high level (  = 4.13) can be sorted from least to greatest as follows: Comprehension (  = 4.16) Comparability (  = 4.15) Reliability (  = 4.12) and Relevance to Decision Making (  = 4.10) respectively. 2. The sample group of different gender education level and work experience different opinions about the Factors of Personnel Affecting the Quality of Financial Statement Preparation of Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Kamphaengphet Province. with a statistically significant level of .05
