The purpose of this study was to 1) study the personal factors of the people in the Muang Noi Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Tha Wachi District, Roi Et Province. 2) To study the satisfaction of the people towards the administration of the Muang Noi Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Tha Wachi District, Roi Et Province. 3) The comparison of the satisfaction of the people with the management of the Muang Noi Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Tha Wachi District, Roi Et Province. royal Classified by personal factors of citizens By using a sample of people living in the area of responsibility The samples were 378 persons from the Muang Noi Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Tha Wachi District, Roi Et Province. The instrument was a questionnaire with data analysis using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and LSD. The study found that : 1. Most people are female, aged between 26-35 years of age, education level Secondary/VocationalJob Employee/private Monthly income 5,001-10,000 baht and the number of family members 4 - 6 people 2. People are satisfied with the administration of Muang Noi Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Tha Wachi District, Roi Et Province. Overall the satisfaction is at a medium level which is budget and personnel. Planning And service The satisfaction is at a high level. 3. People with gender, age, occupation, monthly income And the number of family members are different with the level of satisfaction To the management of Muang Noi Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Tha Wachi District, Roi Et Province Differences were statistically significant at the .05 level.

The Elderly Satisfaction Toward The Social Welfare Administration: A Case Study of The Det Udom Municipality, Det Udom District, Ubon Ratchathani Province

This research aimed to study the satisfaction of the elderly towards the welfare management of Det Udom Municipality, Det Udom District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, to study the factors related to the satisfaction of the welfare of the elderly of Det Udom Municipality, Det Udom District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, to study the problems/obstacles of the quality of the welfare management of the elderly of Det Udom Municipality, Det Udom District, Ubon Ratchathani Province. The population used in the research was the elderly. The tools used to collect data were the same standard interview form, Part 1: interview form for general information of the sample group, Part 2: interview form for rating scales divided into 5 ranges, Part 3: open-ended interview form to allow respondents to express their opinions and suggestions beyond the questions. Data processing used a ready-made computer program to calculate statistics, including percentage, mean, and standard deviation, to summarize and discuss the results. The results of the study found that the satisfaction of the elderly towards the welfare management in terms of elderly personnel was at a high level. This was a result of the government's policy and the municipal executives who considered helping the socially disadvantaged in the community, including other disadvantaged groups such as the disabled, abandoned children, and AIDS-infected people. It is one of the first important policies to solve. From the conclusion of the study, it can be seen that the issue that the people are most satisfied with is that the municipal personnel are responsible for their work and, secondly, the municipal executives are sincere in their work, which is in line with the policy of the municipal executives. For the budget, the elderly are moderately satisfied. This is because the municipality has many duties and responsibilities, so it has to allocate budgets to other areas, which must be done simultaneously, so the budget in this area is reduced somewhat. However, it is considered that the problem has been solved successfully. In terms of materials and equipment, the elderly are very satisfied. In addition to the municipality paying the living allowance on a tiered basis, it also provides other forms of assistance, such as providing exercise equipment, setting up clubs for the elderly, and managing mental health and participation in society. This can be seen from the fact that the elderly are most satisfied with the topic of mental support and listening to sermons from senior citizens. As for management, the elderly are very satisfied with the service.

Effectiveness of People’s Participation on Local Development in Lom Sak Municipality, Lom Sak District, Phetchabun Province

The objective of this research were; to study the effectiveness of people’s participation on local development in Lom Sak Municipality, Lom Sak District, Phetchabun Province in the area of community planning, the development of the strategic plan and the development plan; to compare personal factor of the effectiveness of people’s participation on local development in Lom Sak Municipality, Lom Sak District, Phetchabun Province; and to study on opinion and suggestions of the effectiveness of people’s participation on local development in Lom Sak Municipality, Lom Sak District, Phetchabun Province. The information gained from this research were presented to the Lom Sak Municipality, Lom Sak District, Phetchabun Province by using it as information for further improvement. A sample was 380 people who living in Lom Sak Municipality, Lom Sak District, Phetchabun Province by using the tables of Krejcie and Morgan. A questionnaire was used for collecting data and the statistics analysis included percentage, frequencies, t-test, F-test at the statistical significance level of .05 in the case of two independent variables and using One Way ANOVA in the case of independent variables with more than two groups when found to be different at the statistical significance level of .05. The findings indicated that: . The comparison of the effectiveness of people’s participation on local development in Lom Sak Municipality, Lom Sak District, Phetchabun Province found that the overall in moderate (mean 2.833). When considering each aspect found that people’s participation, all in moderate which the highest aspect was the development of the strategic plan (mean 2.982), follow by the development plan (mean 2.798) and the lowest was the community planning (mean 2.729). 2. Hypothesis test found that personal factor of gender, age, career and income per month; in overall and aspect, were not difference on the effectiveness of people’s participation on local development in Lom Sak Municipality, Lom Sak District, Phetchabun Province at the statistical significance level of .05. 3. The suggestion on the effectiveness of people’s participation on local development in term of the evaluation period must be divided into 3 phases, which are the initial evaluation of the plan, mid-term evaluation of plan and evaluation after the completion of the implement of the plan by allowing all parties involved, including people in the area, to participate in the evaluation further.

Leadership Affects the Administration of Khlong Phai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Sikhio District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province

This study aims to learn leadership affect the administration of Khlong Phai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Sikhio District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, and to study the guidelines and recommendations on the development of leadership affecting the administration of Khlong Phai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Sikhio District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. Sample number of 70 people to collect questionnaire data and analyse the statistics include average percentage value and the standard deviation. The results of this research found that the personal attributes of the personnel administration, Khlong Phai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Sikhio District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The respondent, when classified by gender, found that the majority of respondents are female. The number of people, 43 percent found that the age classification 61.43 41 years, up to the number of 29 persons representing 41.42 education classification, found that the number of Bachelor's degree 36 people, 51.42 per cent classified as positions found that the local officials, the number of persons representing 38 54.29 and classified by experience found that work experience 10 years 6 – 32 people representing 45.71. Leadership level affects administration of Khlong Phai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Sikhio District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province overall (= 4.14) very level. When the message list is found to the side of good governance (= 4.37) very minor levels, are committed to the success of a job (= 4.28) very minor level of side vision (= 4.10) is on a much inferior side of change (= 4.03) are located on many levels and social skills (= 3.90), on many levels, respectively.
