The Management of Prevention and Mitigation of Public Hazards Subdistrict Administrative Organization Sung Noen District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the problems for the management of prevention and mitigation of Public Hazards  Subdistrict Administrative Organization Sung Noen District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. and to find the guidelines to develop the management of prevention and mitigation of Public Hazards  Subdistrict Administrative Organization Sung Noen District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The samples consisted of 323 people. The research instruments were multiple- choiced questionnaire, rating-scale questionnaire and opened questionnaire. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean and standard deviation. The research findings were as follows : The problems for the management of prevention and mitigation of Public Hazards  Subdistrict Administrative Organization Sung Noen District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. was at the moderate level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the highest means were the management of organizational structure followed by job assignment, controlling and planning and the lowest mean was leading. The guidelines to develop the management of prevention and mitigation of Public Hazards  Subdistrict Administrative Organization Sung Noen District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. were as follows : for planning, it was found that job planning should be proper with personnel’s abilities. For organizational structure, it was found that job scope of each section should be covered with the performances. For job assignment, it was found that job assignment should be proper with personnel’s abilities. For leading, it was found that the administrators should set more facilitations. For controlling, it was found that the administrators should follow up the performance seriously.
