Administration Behavior of Good Governance based on Morale of Office of the Chief Administrator of Nang Rong Town Municipality, Buriram Province

Abstract

The objective of this research to study administration behavior of Good Governance based on morale of Office of the Chief Administrator of Nang Rong Town Municipality, Buriram Province and the sample group consists of 80 employees who work for Office of the Chief Administrator of Nang Rong Town Municipality, Buriram Province in year 2015. Purposive sampling is used in this research and instrument includes questionnaire of Rating Scale which have fifth level; following by Rensis Likert that is the highest, high, moderate, low and at least. Statistics analyses include percentage, mean, Standard Deviation and hypothesis testing. The result indicates as follow; The overview of administration behavior of Good Governance based on morale of Office of the Chief Administrator of Nang Rong Town Municipality, Buriram Province in high; considering each aspect find the factor morale of diving force, force feed, curbing and supporting, that are all in high.
