Motivation in the Personnel Operation of Subdistrict Administrative Organization Chot Nong Kae, Phon District, Khon Kaen Province

The study of the motivation in the operation of Subdistrict Administrative Organization Chot Nong Kae, Phon District, Khon Kaen Province. There are two purposes of the study: 1) to study the factors that affect employee motivation and job performance. 2) to study ways to solve problems and find an appropriate ways and create incentives for employees to work correctly with the fact there is a possibility, in practice, the assumption that the motivational factors and sustaining factors in the performance of sub district Administrative Organization personnel at a high level and employees with the economic and social work will have different opinions on the factors motivating and sustaining factor in performance are differences. This study has collected data from a sample of Subdistrict Administrative Organization Chot Nong Kae, Phon District, Khon Kaen Province of all positions in the area that total of 501 people. A tool is collected data by using Frederick Herzberg's motivation factors theory as a framework for the study. The data obtained were analyzed with SPSS software assists in processing. Analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (SD) and the statistical T-test, F-test is a statistical hypothesis testing, the significance level 0.05. The results showed that Sub district Administrative Organization personnel receive an incentive and success of the work, recognition, responsibility characteristics and scope of the work. For those operational factors sustaining the relationship with the other person are administrative supervisors, policy and management, environment to work, welfare and stability. This relation to the employee's is high level in the incentive is to develop and progress. And other factors supporting the remuneration and welfare benefits such as pensions, life insurance and accidental operational service healthcare, bonus, recreational and sports facilities , housing , travel and transport operations, distribution of food , good quality and fair price, the leisure and library services that have correlated with performance in the intermediate level. The assumption that personnel Sub district with different socioeconomic status and functions work showed that personal factors in the number of children of a different incentive levels significantly. The resting is including gender, age, marital status, income, education, residential location performance in government service agencies and income per month, there is no difference. And found that the different age groups and the operational units which differ from the expected level of significance of the rest in other personal factors. There is no difference.
